Returns

All sales are final.

Returns and refunds are handled only under the conditions listed below. Please contact us.

We hope that you love your purchased items, however if we made an error or the item is significantly different to the description or damaged please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at sales@coylifestyle.com. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with the original packaging and all tags attached. For damage claims, picture proof must be submitted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send back your item(s) before contacting us and receiving approval of the return. Sending an item back before confirming with us can result in no exchange or refund (if applicable).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted,

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

*Underwear, bathing suits, digital products, jewelry, final sale items and gift cards are non returnable. 

 

Refunds

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Refunds are issued via store credit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.

If you are approved, your credit will be processed, and will automatically be issued via e-gift card within a certain amount of days. 

Sale items 

All sale item sales are final. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded. You are only able to receive store credit for regular priced items.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@coylifestyle.com. Instructions will be given for exchange.

 *Please note that inventory changes often. We may not be able to offer the same item. An item of equal value will be offered if original item is not available.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund via store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. Credits will be granted once the item is received and processed successfully by our team.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if the item(s) is over $75. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
