Shipping Information

COVID-19  Update: At this time, we are still shipping out orders as usual. However, we ask that you please allow an extra 2- 3 days in processing to account for any unexpected delays. If for any reason we notice a delay in shipping your item beyond 10 days, we will notify you by email. Thank you for your understanding and please Stay In if you are able do so.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Please make sure that the order and shipping address is correct before placing your order. We do not ship to PO boxes. We like to send your order for processing as quickly as possible, for this reason orders are unable to be modified or canceled after they are placed. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time (2-7 business days): Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for processing & dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please note orders are only processed Monday through Fridays. Orders placed during U.S. or international holidays may experience longer shipping times up to 1-2 weeks longer.
  • Shipping time (7-15 business days): This refers to the time it takes for items to be delivered to the destination. US orders are typically shipped via USPS. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
    • International delivery usually takes about 15–45 business days.

    We will try our best to package your purchased items together, however, some items may arrive separately. 

     

    ORDER NOT RECEIVED
    If you have not received your order within 30 days of your order date and the tracking number does not show delivery, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at info@coylifestyle.com. We will research and assist as necessary to ensure delivery or replacement of your item(s). We must receive your claim within 60 days of your order date. If you contact us outside of the 60 day window, we apologize, but we are unable to assist. Any orders that have not been received, but are listed as "delivered" per the tracking number cannot be replaced or refunded. We suggest reaching out to your local post office for further assistance.

    *Shipping times may vary due to inclement weather or carrier conditions. Coy Lifestyle, LLC, and/or its affiliates or subsidiaries shall not be responsible for any delivery failure or delay of the shipment during transit, for reasons including but not limited to, negligence by the shipping carrier, employee strikes, and weather.

    *Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties that may apply for items once shipped.
