Please make sure that the order and shipping address is correct before placing your order. We do not ship to PO boxes. We like to send orders for processing as quickly as possible, for this reason orders are unable to be modified or canceled after they are placed.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time (2-7 business days): Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for processing & dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please note orders are only processed Monday through Fridays. Orders placed during U.S. and international holidays may be delayed.
- Shipping time (7-15 business days): This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
- International delivery usually takes about 15–45 business days.
